The very first and also the most important thing you should know is that there is no diet that can help you lose weight without gaining it again. An important thing is that during the diet you reduce all nutrient materials that your body and brain need to work properly.
Diet is the worst thing for teens to lose weight. The thing is-with diet you may lose a few pounds but they come back very fast, and it is the well known fact.
What you should know is that you have to eat every day normal meals, cause your body needs them to function properly. And also food is like a fuel to human beings and if your body doesn't have engouh fuel it can't work! What I ment to say is that if you don't eat engouh you wont give your maximum during the exercise and you wont lose weight the way you wanted it!
As you could see, exercise is very, very important for weight loss and for overall health also. What you wanna do is start with some slow exercises.
You should also know that the results probably wont come as fast as you want, but the thing is sooner you realise it, it would be easier to you, and you won't get frustrated. And you shouldn't. You should enjoy in every exercise you are doing, cause it increases your health level (but only if it's done properly!).
The best way for every success is to make a plan. Write down a several weeks weight-loss programe by yourself. In the first week you should start with slow exercises. Do them every second or third day (slowly) and breath properly! If you start with it, you want to change the way you eat, so it would be complete. Only thing you have to do is to reduce sweets and bread. Nothing else, just that. And one more thing-STAY OUT OF KITCHEN AT NIGHT! Eating at night makes you gain weight and it's bad for your organism.
At sesond week you should do a bit more exercises and throw out all the junk food and feezy drinks from your eating habbits. And it will be better from week to week.
And don't push your self too much! It's not good for your mentally and physically health.

- EAT HEALTHY
- DON'T GET FRUSTRATED, THE BEST THING COME SLOWLY!
- DON'T GIVE UP!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!
